That’s totally normal! Most of the young adults that start the Launch Program don’t know what they want to do.
We’ll guide them every step of the way and work with them to get clear on their goals and create a plan they can start working on immediately.
The Launch Program is four 1-hour sessions. All your child needs to do is show up to every sessions and talk with us. There’s no homework or assignments that they have to complete.
After each session, you'll get a simple, practical summary to keep everyone on the same page. That's it!

The Launch Program is 4 1-hour sessions. Each session is spaced out at least 5 days apart to allow us to work our magic. Most participants finish in 4 weeks.
If you are a parent of a 18-20 year old that wants to get an actionable straightforward career plan, then yes!
In the Launch Program, there are 4 1-hour sessions. Your young adult will attend every session.
On the last call, you and your child will both attend so we can go over the custom career plan together!
No. Parents do not need to be on all calls. We record and transcribe all calls for participants and their families to reference later.
Parents are always welcome on sessions. Most choose to have their young adult take sessions by themselves to take ownership over the program and process.
Yes! The Launch Program is 100% online. All sessions will be virtual meetings that your child can attend from their room, school, or anywhere else they have an internet connection.
